He's pleasant, NOT overtly frustrated with the challenge working with compactness of our system (unlike the previous technician), he his diagnostic mind is better than most and he can think outside of the 'box', looking at the big picture which was an ongoing problem, he double checked after he thought he was finished and discovered something else that needed to be done. Again, I hope he gets tagged to be our tech."

"I'm very satisfied with the technician but I have a couple of follow-up questions about the replacement thermostat; I have been told someone will call me back but haven't received a call The AC still runs for over an hour sometimes if I even if I only lower the temperature one degree from 80 to 79. I can't believe that is good for the AC unit and I wonder if there are some settings on the thermostat that need to be changed. We have purchased two heat/ac units from Strogens and have always had excellent service. However, I'm don't understand why someone can't call be back and answer a couple of questions or tell me if the AC should run for an hour and a half without shutting off."

Only glitch that arose is minor in scope and has to do with placement of 2 shut-off switches for the mini splits and the condenser being attached a little too high to the house. These are in the process of being resolved, hopefully soon. There were a lot of moving parts with other workers in the house and especially the town road/sewer/water pounding ledge work being done just outside, feet from the house.
