"After tech left we noticed the thermostat was fried. Most likely from sending 110 v to 12 v thermostat. It was some time and several calls before someone was sent out to replace the thermostat. It cannot control the act and we were told they'd be back monday."

It wasn't until I asked him whether or not the unit was worthy of repair that he informed me unit was very degraded due to age and not going to last. He should have presented this information up front when we first spoke. Its felt as if I did't ask, he would have went on to repair the unit even though it wasn't worthy of repair."

"I ahve always given very high ratings in the past. This time, we were leaving to go to MA for a wedding and we discovered the wine cellar coolant was off. I called and a lday took all the info and said someone would be at the house that day and took my cell phone number as the tech would call beofre they came. By 2:00 pm and no call, I called again. An individual who said he was Marco (SP?) siad he saw no record of the first call. He said that someone had to be at the house. When I explaind we were two hours away at wedding, there was nothing he could do. He said I sjhould call Monday to set up an appointment. I said the wine would be ruined and it was very expensive wine. Reluctantly, (after explaining how expensive it would be for someone to come out on the weekend) that he would put our name on a list for Sunday. Another person call at 7:15 am Sunday, and then that individual sent Josh out. He was very punctual, seemed to diagnose the problem very quickly, and ordered the part. He also overrode some issue so the wine cellar was getting cool air. He did a great job. Hence, my less that perfect score. Why didn't the first lady tell me we had to have someone at the house? I volunteered to give Marco a credit card number and which door we left open for a tech to get in."

"Service is always quick to respond. On the last service that I was charged for, before new boiler was installed, it was determined that the flow regulator needed to be replaced. It was my understanding that I would be contacted with a quote, I did not get a call. When the problem with the hot water returned, I called back and then got the quote and the part was ordered. Gladly the next service person could not justify replacing that part because he could not replicate the failure. That was an expensive part (over $400). I am very grateful to him for not going ahead and replacing it just to see if that worked. The boiler has now been replaced. It took two full days to do that, which I was warned by the salesman, Steve, that it could. I appreciate Steve explaining my options for replacement of the old boiler and help getting it replaced as quickly as it was, and answering all of my questions, as I have a lot going on at the house with my granddaughter's weddiing on the 17th of August."

Kyle and Cody were my installers and they were not only on time both days, but they were early. They worked their butts off in the gross weather and did a remarkable job. The overcame architectural obstacles like champs, and each time they ran into an uh oh... they came to me to clarify, the what, the why and the how and the solution was always great. This resulted in a very neat installation. speaking of neat... they cleaned up after themselves so well you couldn't tell they were ever there other than the new system. They put things back better than they found them in most cases, and just as they found them in the rest of the cases. Very happy and will be getting more later, and I hope that Kyle and Cody will be able to do that install as well. The system is awesome and I'm happy i made the jump."
