Their combination of "people" skills with their obvious experience and expertise is a tribute to the company they represent. We heard of Strogen's from a very satisfied customer of long standing, Tim McDonald, a friend and neighbor. From the moment Paul visited to do the assessment and initial paperwork we felt comfortable. No dilly-dallying around. Paul made us feel we understood the contract and that Strogen's saw this relationship as a long-term commitment, and not a one-time deal. Rob and Ryan followed up promptly, installed the water heater without a hitch, and treated us like old familiar clients. Yesterday, you called to schedule the installation of our air conditioner and furnace, a service we had to postpone for a week because of visiting house guests. Two more pluses: (1) you called promptly about the follow-up service, relieving us of the normal routine of having to track you down with dogs, and (2) you were understanding about our need to postpone and happy to accommodate an alternate date. HOWEVER, twice this year I have asked for someone to contact me about getting an estimate for ductwork and the replacement of our air conditioner and furnace. I have heard nothing. Very disappointed with the lack of responsiveness especially after spending about $3000 to have Strogens replace my hot water heater and wanted estimates for several thousand dollars of additional work. If Strogens doesn't want to take my money I'm sure there are other suppliers who will."

I, like most people don't like unexpected expenses that wasn't explained ahead of time. It should have been noted when I made the appointment that pricing had changed. "I would have given a 10, but as good as the technician was (very pleasant and knowledgeable), he didn't have a replacement filter in the correct size for my air handler, so he had to use a cheap replacement I had lying around. This is not the first time this has happened (why I have cheap replacements lying around). You need to make sure that all the trucks are equipped with a variety of filter sizes. Frankly, that's one of the reasons I pay for the maintenance program - to ensure that I do not have to worry about changing filters."

BUT the manager (Steve) called me first thing the next morning, apologized for the incorrect install, and sent someone over that day to correct it without charge. Steve addressing the concern immediately is the only reason why its not a 1."

I ended up wasting 6 hours of my day for this appointment. this has nothing to do with the tech. Norm was great. Because you have no more comment fields, I will put this here. I am sick of having customer service tell me they will call me back and then blowing me off. Do you teach that in training? I waited 3 weeks for someone to call me back and they never did. I had to call. Not my job. this has happened with other calls as well. Scheduling a cleaning was a nightmare. I sometimes wonder how you stay in business. Also your pods to take credit card payments was not working. What a surprise. I have a lot of choices out there. if you think that you are providing good service, you had better think again. the only thing keeping you going is the quality of your techs."

I can confidently say I will NEVER use or recommend Strogen again. A no showed appointment despite 6 different representatives telling me all day that a new tech is still coming. I appreciate honesty not disrespect and lies. Day 2 I am told a new tech will come and then after 12 hours am told we need to reschedule. I was escalated to "Seth a manager" who was rude and belittling. A new tech did come, forced himself into our home instead of walking around back to our crawl space (the entrance to our furnace is accessed outside. There would be NO reason for him to enter our home). He wore no mask and per took in no COVID safety measures. Our technician needed to call a manager "Seth" and put him on speaker phone saying "Don't say anything more bad about them I am putting you on speaker phone". I have never received such repulsive service. Do better.."
