"Reasons for the score of 5: 1. He is supposed to let me know when he is done with his A/C maintenance work but he left without informing me. So my garage door was left open until an hour later after my conference call is done. 2. He did not turn off the water completely but only the valve that he used to clean out the A/C unit. Beacuse the other valve is still on caused the water pipe to leak due to too much pressure and I had fixe the replace connector. I assume he did satisfactory maintenance work as a professional Storgen technician. But he left without telling me is not an acceptable behavior especially I asked him to do so when he started this maintenance."

"The work the second technician performed was fine, but the price I was charged was excessive. The 2 backflow valves he installed only cost $15 a piece at the local hardware store. He charged me $735 for his work. I also had to pay the first technician to come out and he did absolutely nothing. We now have nocking in our pipes after the work was completed. I don't think I will be continuing to do business with you."

"We moved into a brand new home last year and have had nothing but heating issues since we moved in. The company we bought the house from sent their heating company over 2 times and all he did was turn the blower up and look in the crawl space Parker on the other hand IMO went well and beyond over what the other so called heating company did. He first noticed our thermostat was set for a cool and heat mod and we had no AC so he set it up just for heat mode. He then noticed that while the blower was set to max the furnace was set up for only low flame so he fixed that so the furnace would use both stages and turned the blower lower so it would have time to heat the air up before it was pushed into the vents He also went into the attic to make sure everything up there was ok! You guys will be my heating company from now on because of Parker!"

"When I called around and most places did not have an appointment until a week out while my boiler was down, I called Strogens, the Female on the phone was very doen to earth, friendly, and what stuck out to me the most was: she said "Strogens is not going to let you go without heat tonight!" Also, the Technician Parker was at my house in less than an hour snd was "Exceptional!" He was super friendly, patient with my questions and didnt mind me "looking over his shoulder" hoping to learn a few things as he worked. He was very "clean" how he performed the work and efficient. We quickly learned that we enjoy the same type of music and it was nice to have "real" conversation!! Thank you Parker and Strogen's!!! I was really panicking having no heat late on a Friday afternoon. You guys deserve a great review for a job well done!!!"

"13 days after a maintenance appointment, the heater failed and sent burning electric odor throughout my house which woke me at 4 a.m. on a cold morning. I had to call the fire department to check air quality. Technician who responded that day (Jan. 25) determined the capacitor was not fully functioning which should have been caught during the maintenance appointment 13 days earlier. The 1/25 call cost me $165 which I think should not have been billed because the problem was overlooked 13 days earlier during the maintenance appointment. I remain loyal to strogens nonetheless since I bought the heating system from you. Please consider a refund."
