"During a recent service call due to no hot water, Parker,Tim and Nate went above and beyond the call of duty. After a thorough assessment of the situation, it was determined that water was leaking from an old pipe on the roof that was left by the previous owners onto the water tank and it fried the thermostats. Fearing that this would happen again if the roof situation wasnt addressed, Parker,Tim and Nate got to work. In no time they were on the roof removing the old pipe and replacing it with a cap that they then sealed. With the roof fixed until we can get a roofer to come out, and the thermostats replaced, we now have hot water. All three of them were polite, professional, and quick thinkers. I would highly recommend them!"

"I used to believe that Estrogens was the best in the business, but I have recently felt that I am getting the run around. I bought a new system for my living room and now no one is answering me as to when it will be installed. I was told I'd get a call and have not been called. When I call, no one can help me. Furthermore, I was told I would get a refund of $500.00 back on my credit card and now I'm again getting the run around that the refund will be put on my credit card AFTER the installation. This is no way to run a business. Very dissatisfied. I have given Estrogens ALL my business from AC to heat. They are not returning customary service."

I know service techs are busy and unexpected challenges pop-up on calls, but dispatch let me know tech would likely be showing at the end of the scheduled window and ultimately tech arrived an hour after that. This was one of two scheduled appointments I have this week for two different properties. Unfortunately, for my second planned appointment today, I was called by the dispatcher and notified that my appointment would need to be rescheduled because a tech would not be able to make it out today. It's a bit frustrating when I've planned my day to be home from work and appointments don't occur within the scheduled window or are cancelled altogether."
