I am not sure if he can make that call, but at this point I think I'm going to call a different company. After I left I remembered that last time Ted came to my house he lost my check and Strongen's had to bill me. Finally, I looked up the prices of the parts he put into the boiler. I think Strogen's pricing is extremely high. I have been working up the courage to call your customer service about this experience. I've been very upset about it for days."

I bought and replaced the part they said was bad and it wasnt. The next day not the weekend finally got a competent technician that diagnosed and fixed my heat in under an hour including waiting for the heat to come up. Then when I thought we were good I got the bill that was ridiculous and was told that it included my member discount. Less than an hour for a $200-225 part I could have gotten at Home Depot or online and it cost me almost $700 with discount. Thats just robbery especially when I didnt have heat for almost 3 days."
