A no showed appointment despite 6 different representatives telling me all day that a new tech is still coming. I appreciate honesty not disrespect and lies. Day 2 I am told a new tech will come and then after 12 hours am told we need to reschedule. I was escalated to "Seth a manager" who was rude and belittling. A new tech did come, forced himself into our home instead of walking around back to our crawl space (the entrance to our furnace is accessed outside. There would be NO reason for him to enter our home). He wore no mask and per took in no COVID safety measures. Our technician needed to call a manager "Seth" and put him on speaker phone saying "Don't say anything more bad about them I am putting you on speaker phone". I have never received such repulsive service. Do better.."
