"Anyone that comes into someone's home should wear a mask these days. I had two different apptmts and I had to ask both of them if they had a mask. They both did and wore them. I also happen to think they should be wearing foot coverings, but I did not request this because I asked for the mask. They wear big boots and stones get trapped in the crevices which wreck the wood floors."

I dont think I shouldve been charged for this call. I am rethinking whether I will buy another Maintenance Plan. AND, Ive called twice to speak to Bob and havent received a call back 4 days later!"

He also put which really upset me was system working right now. I called into Stogens said I wanted this guy to call me that did inspection. Never got a callback! Very unprofessional. Who is he to say for now. He should of just said system is working condition. Upgrade to digital t stats well thats an upgrade not a necessity. This idiot almost cost me the sale. I asked Bob why provisions weren't made when the system was installed was told he would have it taken care of during my maintenance appointment. A trap inside or screen outside was to be installed on the outside air intake in order to make removal of debris that gets pulled in easier, especially in the fall, I asked the tech person about it and he said it would be done in the fall. I dont have a fall appointment usually, do I need to make one?"

"Reasons for the score of 5: 1. He is supposed to let me know when he is done with his A/C maintenance work but he left without informing me. So my garage door was left open until an hour later after my conference call is done. 2. He did not turn off the water completely but only the valve that he used to clean out the A/C unit. Beacuse the other valve is still on caused the water pipe to leak due to too much pressure and I had fixe the replace connector. I assume he did satisfactory maintenance work as a professional Storgen technician. But he left without telling me is not an acceptable behavior especially I asked him to do so when he started this maintenance."

"We moved into a brand new home last year and have had nothing but heating issues since we moved in. The company we bought the house from sent their heating company over 2 times and all he did was turn the blower up and look in the crawl space Parker on the other hand IMO went well and beyond over what the other so called heating company did. He first noticed our thermostat was set for a cool and heat mod and we had no AC so he set it up just for heat mode. He then noticed that while the blower was set to max the furnace was set up for only low flame so he fixed that so the furnace would use both stages and turned the blower lower so it would have time to heat the air up before it was pushed into the vents He also went into the attic to make sure everything up there was ok! You guys will be my heating company from now on because of Parker!"
