Sales Training
The sales training includes:

  • Five (5) Residential Sales Consultant classes annually.
    • Two week program focused on technical and sales to better position the RSC for success in their area.
  • Two (2) Commercial Account Manager classes each year.
    • Two week program focused on technical and sales to better position the RSC for success in their area.
  • Two (2) different sales courses put on for General Managers semiannually, totaling 4.5 training days, focusing on sales culture and everyday sales management.

Technical Training
The technical training for technicians contains:

  • Heating and cooling system tune-up procedural training twice a year
  • Carbon monoxide and heat exchanger inspection annually
  • Technical communication and ‘build-a-tech’ in the spring and fall
  • Continual NATE certification and specialty classes as required

Service Experts Heating and Air Conditioning is investing in supplementary training through the use of a Learning Management System, to drive assigned and ad hoc programs to better train our technical personnel.

Miscellaneous Training

  • Semiannually, conduct Operational Excellence for General Managers, to give support, resources, and framework for managing a business from the P&L aspect.

Customer Service Specialist

  • Three (3) times a year, perform outbound calling through a one (1) day class. In this course we go over HVAC basics, what drives people to purchase, calling procedures, scripts, customer purchasing indicators, and mastering customer objections.

Dispatcher

  • No formal courses offered. On the job training conducted by the General Manager and relevant staff at the center.
